The Williamson County and Cities Health District has reported the county has six new confirmed coronavirus cases on Thursday, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the county to 103.

Four people have died from confirmed coronavirus in the county and 49 people have recovered, officials said.

The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the county include 25 hospitalizations ― 16 cases of people in ICU and nine cases of residents who were ever on ventilators.

The city of Round Rock, with 36 confirmed coronavirus cases, leads the county in the number of confirmed cases, according to health district.

Additional deaths and cases from COVID-19, the disease linked to the coronavirus, will be reported on the online dashboard at wcchd.org/COVID-19/dashboard. The dashboard is updated daily just past noon.

Anyone with symptoms of respiratory illness, including cough, fever and shortness of breath, should contact their health care provider. It is important to call ahead before arriving at a clinic, urgent care or emergency department to avoid potential spread.
