Wednesday forecast for Austin: We must be breaking some sort of record, as Wednesday will be the umpteenth day in a row with delightful, near-perfect weather, according to the National Weather Service.

Skies will be sunny during the day and temperatures will peak at a high near 77 degrees, forecasters said. Wednesday’s high is 7 degrees warmer than normal, according to the weather service.

But Austinites can expect more clouds in the sky at night and temperatures will cool down to a low around 53 degrees.

Thursday will be warm and overcast, according to the weather service’s extended forecast:

Thursday: Cloudy before gradually clearing up with a high near 78. Partly cloudy at night with a low around 57.

Friday: Partly sunny with a high near 79. Partly cloudy at night with a low around 60.

Saturday: Partly sunny with a high near 78. Partly cloudy at night with a low around 62.

Sunday: Partly sunny with a 30% chance of rain, mainly after noon, and a high near 77. Mostly cloudy at night with a 30% chance of rain and a low around 51.

Monday: Partly sunny with a 20% chance of rain and a high near 63. Mostly cloudy with a low around 52.

Tuesday: Partly sunny with a high near 71.
