Saturday forecast for Austin: Those planning to attend the Austin’s Women’s March at noon Saturday can leave behind their umbrellas and instead grab a light acket before rallying at the Capitol.
The National Weather Service forecast says another cold front will arrive into South-Central Texas Saturday, which should be south of Highway 90 by noon. The front should end any chance of rain, meteorologists said.
Ahead of the front, however, there will be a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms between 9 a.m. and noon, according to the weather service.
The skies should be cloudy through mid-morning before gradually clearing, meteorologists said. Temperature highs should be near 64 degrees.
North winds should blow at around 5 to 10 mph, increasing to 15 percent in the afternoon, the weather service said. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph.
The evening will be clear with a low around 38 degrees, according to meteorologists. North winds should blow at 10 to 15 mph.

Friday: Mostly sunny with a high near 61 degrees.
