Austin police are at the scene of a homicide in East Austin, according to a tweet from authorities Wednesday evening.
Officers responded to the intersection of Airport Boulevard and Gunter Street at around 8:20 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say a suspect is in custody and that there is no continuing danger to the community.
Police said they’ll have a briefing with more details around 9:15 p.m.
