Comal County health officials on Tuesday confirmed two new cases of COVID-19, the disease linked to the coronavirus.
The latest patients bring the county’s total of known cases to 54.
The new patients are both from New Braunfels and are in their 20s and 50s. They are self-isolating, officials said.
So far, 36 people have recovered from COVID-19 in the county and six have died. The county has 12 active cases of the disease, with three people in the hospital.
The county has conducted 781 tests with 46 results still pending.
