Tuesday forecast for Austin: If you’ve been going for more solo walks as you social distance at home, prepare to be sweatier than usual because the day will be hot!

Cloudy skies will last through mid-morning, the National Weather Service said. After that, skies will be sunny for the rest of the day, forecasters said.

The high temperature for the day will be near 88 degrees, which is almost 15 degrees warmer than normal.

March 24 in Austin normally sees a high of 74 degrees, according to climate data.

If you’re taking advantage of the warm weather, be sure to stay 6 feet apart from others out enjoying the sunshine!

Skies will be clear at night as temperatures decrease to a low of 58 degrees, forecasters said.

The rest of the week will have highs in the 80s and 90s, according to the weather service’s extended forecast:

Wednesday: Sunny with a high near 89. Mostly clear at night with a low around 63.

Thursday: Mostly sunny with a high near 90. Partly cloudy at night with a low around 67.

Friday: Partly sunny with a high near 90. Mostly cloudy at night with a 20% chance of rain and a low around 63.

Saturday: Partly sunny with a high near 77. Mostly clear at night with a low around 51.

Sunday: Mostly sunny with a high near 76. Mostly cloudy at night with a low around 54.

Monday: Mostly cloudy with a 30% chance of rain and a high near 72.
