The city of Pflugerville is moving forward on improvements to bring a historical subdivision up to current city standards.
The Pflugerville City Council Tuesday night approved a $233,890 engineering contract with Halff Associates for street improvements in the Colored Addition subdivision.
The project includes Russell Street, Caldwells Lane, Taylor Street and Lincoln Avenue.
The City Council in April 2019 adopted an infrastructure and land use study of the subdivision by Halff Associates, which included recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
