Law enforcement officials on Friday searched six different locations in the state — two of them in Pflugerville — that are suspected of illegal gambling, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
“Agents served search warrants at each of these locations, targeting illegal gambling machines and other paraphernalia,” DPS Sgt. Deon Cockrell said.
DPS declined to share more information about the locations. The Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission assisted in the investigation.
No charges have been filed at this time, but the investigation is ongoing, Cockrell said.
