Williamson County deputies are asking people near County Road 200 and Blessing Ranch Road to stay indoors as they search for an armed suspect in the area, officials said Friday afternoon.
Deputies have set a perimeter in the area, north of Liberty Hill, and are actively searching for the suspect, Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody said.
“Onlookers only increase the possibilities of a bad guy slipping thru (sic),” Chody said in a tweet.
Chody urged anyone who sees suspicious activity in the area to call 911.
