Two people were killed in a wreck Tuesday morning on FM 1826 in Southwest Austin, authorities said.
Austin-Travis County EMS medics and Oak Hill Fire crews responded at 11:23 a.m. to reports of a collision between a semi and another vehicle in the 12000 block of FM 1826, just south of the intersection with Texas 45 Southwest.
A STAR Flight helicopter also was dispatched, EMS officials said.
Authorities are warning drivers in the area to expect delays as emergency crews continue to work the scene.
