AUSTIN (KXAN) — Spooky season is in full swing with Oktoberfest, a fall festival, and ACL weekend two coming fast. Plus, an Oscar Wilde classic and a visit from some of Drag Race’s favorite queens, perfect for a fun-filled weekend.

ButtTootKing
Some of RuPaul Drag Race’s most popular queens from Season 17 are touring the nation, and they are stopping here in Austin! Suzie Toot, Lydia B. Kollins, and Kori King launched ButtTootKing to visit their fans and showcase their talent. From lip-syncing to dancing, and even a live song or two, this is the show that has it all. The Importance of Being Earnest
Oscar Wilde’s classic comedic show continues its run this weekend. The Importance of Being Earnest runs through October 19, at the Austin Playhouse on 405 W 22nd Street, with shows running Thursday through Sunday. Plus, after the October 10 show, there is a Post-Show Talkback with the cast and creative team about the show. Sunday, October 12, has an Afternoon Tea where audience members are encouraged to wear their best Victorian fashion and garden party flair pre-show. Texas Pumpkin Fest
It’s fall, so of course we will have even more festivals, including this one! Texas Pumpkin Fest kicked off in Leander and continues to be one of the go-to places for everything fall. From live music to tons of photo opportunities, and even an upgrade to the rides and train, there is a lot to do. The Austin Area Pumpkin Patch will be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with the festival running through November 1. Also, kids will get a free mini-pumpkin. Austin Oktoberfest
There are tons of German towns across Texas, but Austin is the place to be to celebrate Oktoberfest. Taking place on Saturday, October 11, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Oktoberfest has beer, music, and a ton of fun. The German-Texan Heritage Society will be hosting the event at its location at 507 E 10th Street in Austin. Performers include Yodel Blitz, Walburg Boys, and Off the Grid. The entire family is welcome to attend, as there will be family-friendly activities for kids, including pumpkin painting and more. Austin City Limits Weekend Two
Didn’t get to attend weekend one? Well, you are in luck because Austin City Limits Weekend Two is here, and it delivers just as much fun, with a few small changes. This weekend, we welcome Rilo Kiley, Sam Barber, and Bilmuri on Friday, Pierce the Veil, Zeds Dead, and Car Seat Headrest on Saturday, and Gregory Alan Isakov, Julie, and Ca7riel and Paco Amoroso on Sunday.
