AUSTIN (KXAN) — As of Friday morning, a truck with an oversized load is still stuck just outside the Marble Falls city limits on FM 1431 east of Singleton Bend Road due to a busted drive shaft, according to authorities.
A KXAN photojournalist at the scene said vehicles could get around the truck and continue their commute.

On Thursday, just before 2 p.m., the Lago Vista Police Department said in a social media post, “an oversized wide load is currently moving through the city on FM 1431.”
A couple of hours later, just before 5 p.m., the Travis County Sheriff’s Office said the truck had become stuck and that a tow truck was en route, and to expect delays.
