AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department said roadways near the U.S. Highway 183 and MoPac interchange were closed after a body was found Wednesday morning.
According to APD, drivers in the area should expect delays. Closures included:
- SB Mopac ramp to SB U.S. Hwy 183
- SB Hwy U.S. 183 reduced to two lanes at Braker
In an update, the Texas Department of Transportation said the left two lanes of southbound U.S. 183 at MoPac were now open.
Police did not say how long the closures would be in place.
