AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department is asking for help finding a suspect connected to a north Austin hit-and-run crash over the weekend.
Police said the crash happened around 11:30 p.m. Saturday on West Parmer Lane near North Lamar Boulevard.
APD said the suspect stole beer from the 7/11 at 1100 West Parmer Lane. The suspect got into his vehicle and turned westbound on Parmer Lane.
The suspect then hit a motorcyclist and continued on Parmer Lane in the eastbound lanes before turning onto Scofield Farms Drive, according to police. The motorcyclist had non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect’s vehicle was described as a black or dark-colored four-door sedan.
