AUSTIN (KXAN) — A manhunt is currently underway in Mustang Ridge, and police are urging those who live nearby to lock their doors until the suspect is found.
The Mustang Ridge Police Department said on social media that the suspect ran away from a pursuit in the area of Moore Road and State Highway 130.
Mustang Ridge PD said the Travis County Sheriff’s Office SWAT and K9 are on the scene.
Police said Moore Road east of SH 130 is closed, and those nearby “should avoid the area.”
