MANOR, Texas (Austin Business Journal) — Preliminary plans for H-E-B at Manor Crossing have been filed, providing some new details about the grocery store coming to the small city northeast of downtown Austin.
On May 21, H-E-B submitted a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for its more than 100,000-square-foot store at Manor Crossing, which will be located at the northwest corner of U.S. 290 and Farm-to-Market Road 973. According to the filing, construction on the new store is slated to begin in November and be completed by Oct. 1, 2025, with an estimated cost of $26 million.
The San Antonio-based grocer declined to comment on the filing or confirm the timeline. It should be noted that TDLR filings are subject to change.
