At Dress for Success Austin, we transform lives with an all-in-one solution to help anyone who identifies as a woman secure gainful employment and career advancement through career and image consulting. The mission of Dress for Success Austin is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and development tools to help them thrive in work and in life.
Since 2003, Dress for Success Austin has supported and served over 16,000 women in Central Texas through referrals from 90+ non-profit and government agencies. Clients do not need to be referred. We serve anyone who identifies as a woman looking for a job or a better job.
Over 97% of our services are delivered through our dedicated team of volunteers. We are in need of volunteers to serve as image and career consultants. Our greatest need is for weekday volunteers in our career center. See all of our volunteer opportunities here.
