AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department said detectives were investigating a body found near Lady Bird Lake in downtown Austin.
APD said the incident was being treated as a death investigation with no foul play suspected.
Police said the body was found in the water near the First Street Bridge and the 300 block of Cesar Chavez.
APD is expected to hold a briefing to provide additional details.
