Ascension Texas says Blue Cross patients could be out of network Jan. 1

Ascension Texas operates 12 hospitals and 222 affiliated sites across the state. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, or BCBSTX, is the largest health insurance provider in the state – serving around 8 million Texans, according to BCBSTX.
