BEE CAVE, Texas — Police said an 11-year-old had been found, after the girl’s mother reported her missing earlier. Saturday.
In a post on Facebook, Bee Cave police said the 11-year-old could not be reached early Saturday morning.
The girl’s mother told police that her daughter was supposed to be with a friend. Around 1 a.m., calls to Penelope’s cell phone went unanswered.
