AUSTIN (KXAN) — Anderson outlasted A&M Consolidated in six overtimes, 42-40, for a huge district win in College Station on Friday.

That moves the Trojans to 2-0 in District 12-5A1 play, with both wins coming against the College Station squads. They’ll take on Kyle Lehman next week.
Dripping Springs ended Akins’ undefeated season with a 63-0 win, and Austin High took out Del Valle 35-7. Georgetown beat Leander 58-27, and Weiss topped Hendrickson 41-21.
Wimberley grabbed a 31-28 win over Geronimo Navarro, and Vandegrift beat Vista Ridge 21-10.
