AUSTIN (KXAN) — State troopers seized nearly 50 pounds of methamphetamine in Austin last week.

The Texas Department of Public Safety said in a press release Thursday that the troopers found the drugs during a traffic stop on a white Ford F-350 on Monday, Aug. 25, about 9 p.m., near 5401 Bolm Road. That’s near Govalle Neighborhood Park.
