AUSTIN (KXAN) — First responders said a child was ejected and injured during a two-vehicle collision in south Austin Friday.
Officials said three patients were involved in the crash—two adults and one child. According to Austin-Travis County EMS, the child had critical, life-threatening injuries, one adult had potentially serious injuries, and the other adult had minor injuries.
ATCEMS said the crash occurred near the intersection of Menchaca Road and Boyds Way at approximately 10:30 a.m.
