AUSTIN (KXAN) — Heavy rain caused flooding Wednesday on Steck Avenue near the MoPac Expressway.
KXAN reporter Kaitlyn Karmout shot the above video of water underneath the train tracks overpass east of MoPac. She also said getting on to MoPac “is getting bad” due to high water.
